The above photo is Rona Ambrose speaking today at Stephen Harper's Ecotrust announcment in Edmonton. This event constitutes the first time Ambrose has been allowed to speak at an event, on the environment, with Harper in attendance. And we thought Intergovernmental Affairs was a demotion.
